By using Profile Audit ("the service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.
The service
Profile Audit generates a coaching audit of a LinkedIn profile you upload. The audit is AI-generated guidance and opinion, not professional, legal, or career advice, and is provided "as is" without guarantee of results.
Your account
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
- Upload only profiles you own or are authorized to evaluate. Don't upload content you have no right to.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse the service — no attempts to bypass plan limits, overload the system, scrape, or resell access.
- Don't use it for anything unlawful.
Plans & limits
Free and paid plans have usage limits (e.g. audits and follow-up questions per period). Limits and pricing may change with notice. Paid plans, when available, renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time to stop future charges.
AI output
Audits are produced by third-party AI models and may contain errors or omissions. Use judgment; we're not liable for decisions made based on the output.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uptime. Free-tier AI providers may occasionally be busy; the service will retry and fall back where possible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
